Booking Confirmation A valid payment card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until a valid card has been provided. A small verification or booking authorisation fee (for example £1) may be temporarily taken by our booking system to verify your card. This is not a charge and will automatically be released or returned depending on your bank. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, which will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking. * Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, on the day of the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show) will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost, which will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking. * Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before future appointments can be booked. * Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments may require full payment upfront for future bookings. ⸻ Lateness Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled. In these cases, the cancellation policy may apply. ⸻ Patch Tests Patch tests are required for all tinting, hybrid stain, brow lamination, lash lift, and lash extension treatments. Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete a required patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled. If this happens, the relevant cancellation charges may still apply depending on the notice given.
