Policy and Terms

Our salon has the following policy for the mutual convenience of our clients and our salon. •We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude. • Deposit is required to book appointment. Request 50% of your service For no show, missed appointments, cancel less than 48 hours, late more than 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled and treated as a no show. your deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE and we will be charged full amount through your card. REFUND POLICY •We do not provide refunds on services. But if you are not completely happy with our services, please let us know right away. We will be happy to make any adjustments to the initial service and have your nails fixed in no time. GUARANTEE POLICY Please remember: nails are jewels not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. •We will fix your lifted, chipped, cracked, or broken nails within 48 hours, please call us to schedule a free repair. •You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 day after your initial services. •Customers are responsible for the choice of colors. Cannot change colors or designs. CANCELLATION POLICY •Cancellation must be done 48 hours in advance or you will be charged the full service price . •Canceling or changing appointment more than three times client will be banned from future booking. NO SHOWS •No show will be charged the full service price to the card on file or can be sent through cash app or Venmo •No show two times or your no show fee payment won't receive client will be banned from booking in the future . LATE POLICY •There is 10 minute grace period. •There is a $20 late fee . • After 10 minutes late the appointment will be canceled and treated as a no show. BOOKING POLICY • Prefer cash for payment. •credit card ,Venmo, and cash app will be 5% fee . • We do not work over other nail tech work . We do not take off, soak off, or fix any nails that were done at another place. • Please do not bring anyone who is not being serviced, including children.
