Booking & Deposit Policy

All appointments are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Moni Esthetics. A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or late arrivals resulting in a missed appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client the following fees apply:

* Less than 48 hours notice: 40% of the scheduled service total
* No shows: 50% of the scheduled service total
* Repeated last minute cancellations or noshows may require full prepayment for future bookings

Failure to provide proper notice prevents us from accommodating other clients on our waiting list and impacts our scheduling availability.

Late Arrival Policy

We value both your time and the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at our discretion in order to avoid delays for other scheduled guests.

Late arrivals may still be responsible for the applicable cancellation or missed appointment fee.

Payment Policy

The remaining balance for services is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods may vary.

Refund Policy

All services provided by Moni Esthetics are final sale. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing Moni Esthetics of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or other health concerns prior to their appointment to ensure services can be performed safely.

Guest Policy

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, clients are asked to arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Liability

Results may vary from person to person, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Moni Esthetics’ liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during booking or treatment is used solely for appointment scheduling, communication, and service purposes. Client information will never be sold or shared except as required for payment processing or by law.
