READ POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING 🤍

Hi there! Thank you for choosing me to provide you with a service. I am so happy you’re here! 
My name is Samantha, I have 4 years experience in lash care and extensions! I am a licensed Esthetician!  
I am located inside MuseBeautyLA in 1424 w 25th San Pedro CA.
In order to book I require a $40 non-refundable deposit. CASH ONLY 
Zelle transfer and Card payment have a $5 fee. 

LATE ARRIVALS 
There is only a 10 minute grace time for late arrivals, after 10 minutes the appointment is automatically cancelled and considered a no show. Full service will be charged. 
NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED  FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE. IF NOT PAID YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN. 
If I decide I can still see you after being late there is a $20 charge added as a late penalty. 

If you need a Sunday or after hours appointment I only do so at availability and with an extra fee of $20 for working on my day off/late times/early time.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
The deposit is non-refundable and you can always reschedule with at least 24hrs notice and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment, you can only reschedule once. 
Less than 24hrs or SAME DAY CANCELLATION , have a 75% charge of remaining balance. If fee is not paid you will not be able to book again. 

LASH SERVICE
Please bring your eyelashes bare, without Mascara, without eye makeup and avoid drinking caffeine 2 hours before, to prevent the eye from contracting. In the presence of mascara, eyeshadow or any type of product on lashes there will be a $15 fee. To have better retention, it is recommended that all oils and mascara is removed and not used for at least a day before application.

LASH FILLS POLICY

To schedule a fill, it must be under the 2 or 3 week mark, passing the 3 week mark it is considered a new set 

If You schedule a fill and it’s a new set a $10 fee will be applied. 

If a new set is scheduled past the three week mark but at the time of your appointment we determine that its considered a fill, it will be charged as a fill.


REFUNDS 
Refunds will not be provided for any service rendered.

Monarch Beauty

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking and must be done 24 hours prior to appointment. No call no shows will have to pay FULL SERVICE amount in order to book again. 

Samantha is a gem... so blessed to have found her to do my eyelashes. I always get compliments and have referred several friends to her... we all love her.
