ATTENTION : This site holds your selected time for 10 minutes once you add it to your cart. If you go back a few minutes later to check out & the appointment is no longer available, please close out your tabs and wait 10 minutes.
Policy and Terms
⇩ Must Read Before Booking ⇩ There is a parking lot provided. I am currently not handicap accessible as I am on the 3rd floor (I apologize for any inconvenience). Cash is preferred, but Card/Tap to Pay is available as well as Venmo. Processing fees will apply to all e-payments. POLICY Retainer Fees Required - Retainer fees go towards your day-of total. All retainer fees are non-refundable & non-transferable to a new date or time no matter how soon after an appointment is made, so please do not leave a retainer fee until you are sure of your services, date, time, & location. Regardless of what any confirmation emails sent from my booking site say, I do not reschedule or transfer retainer fees. I am not accepting walk-ins at this time. Cancellations & No Shows - To cancel your appointment, please email MomentsBySamMUA@gmail.com. Cancelled appointments will not receive retainer fee refunds or be able to transfer their retainer fee to another appointment date/time. Any "no call no shows" will not be allowed to rebook. Confirmation Texts- Confirmation texts are sent out 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be sure to confirm your appointment. Extra Guest Policy- (this includes parents & family) If you are coming in-studio, any extra guests are limited to the waiting area only. Guests are not to enter the working floor. I do not allow any children in-studio. I do reserve the right to turn away children as guests and refuse services. 15 Minute Grace Period - I allow a 15 minute grace period at the time of your service. Any appointments later than 15 minutes may result in a cancellation with no retainer fee returned (at my discretion). Come Barefaced - Please come barefaced, with no makeup. If you do not have a good moisturizer, that’s okay! Complete custom skin prep is part of my services. Allergies - If you have ANY allergies (food, ingredients, animals) you must let me know before your appointment as I may not have time to patch test you. Please leave any allergies in the notes section when booking your appointment. Health & Safety- I reserve the right to turn away clients with visible or communicable skin or eye conditions that may pose a health risk to others. This includes, but is not limited to: styes, conjunctivitis (pink eye), open sores, cold sores in active outbreak, contagious rashes, fungal infections, or any condition of that nature. If a client arrives with a condition deemed to be contagious or unsafe to work on, services will not be rendered, and no refunds will be issued. Added Fees- Any appointments made out of normal hours will incur a $50 out of hours fee. To make a before/after hours appointment, please send me an email. Appointments made on national holidays will incur a $50 holiday fee. You're on camera! Please note that all of my sessions are recorded through a security camera at all times. If you must change clothing at my studio, please do so in the bathroom. Thanks for understanding!
