By booking an appointment with Molly Grace, you agree to the following terms and policies. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment before 48 hours using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Cancellations within 48 hours will require payment of half of the service fee, while cancellations on the day of the appointment will require payment for the full service. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the remaining balance being charged to your card. If you’re 15+ minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and the appointment will need to be paid for. I don’t offer refunds, if something happens to your nails within 48 hours i will fix it for free, after 48 hours there is a small fee. please come to your appointments alone as i don’t have the space in my room for multiple people. I do not infill work done by others, so a soak off and fresh set will be required. Nails will not be done on individuals under 16 years of age.
