Policy and Terms

Deposit and Payment: To secure your session, a deposit or full payment must be made in advance. Sessions will not be scheduled without prior payment. Overnight Session Booking Policy: To schedule an overnight recording session, please call us directly. If you’d like to book an overnight session but prefer using our online payment option, give us a call first to coordinate. Guest Policy: A maximum of 7 guests is allowed per session. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy: A $50 fee will apply for rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed sessions. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or if not contacted within 24 hours. No smoking is permitted in the studio room. Designated smoking areas are available for your convenience.
