“I've been knowing Donna for almost 5 years...I make it a point to never discuss anything with her before my reiki session. Even after our session I only answer her question when she asked me how I feel and my answer is short... great, good, or ok. I let her tell me what she experienced, I listening and take it all in before I respond to what she has said and when I tell you she is always on point I mean it...I didn't give her anything...I know she's not making it up because she writes it down. ”

Reiki is the life energy flowing through all things that are alive. This healing art originated in Japan as a technique for promoting relaxation and healing and releasing stress and tension. It is done through light touch or with hands slightly above the body. You will leave your session feeling very relaxed and with less stress!

Most people will just feel like they’re sitting or lying down with their eyes closed. They might feel some heaviness, or feel more relaxed or a meditative state. It can be relaxing, but that is not necessary because hypnosis can be created either through focus or through relaxation.
Direct suggestions will be made to the subconscious mind. Within a period of time after a hypnosis session, a person will experience benefits, such as lightness, release and understanding.
