Note: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed below. 

- Booking, Deposit & refund Policy:

*A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required upon booking an appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your total service cost.
*The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of appointment.
*No appointment is confirmed without a deposit.
* all services are non refundable.


-Before Your Appointment

*Hair clients: 
To ensure a smooth and timely experience:

Please arrive with your hair clean, fully blow-dried, and thoroughly detangled.
A wash and blow-dry service is available as an add on for an extra fee.

*Nail clients:

Clients are expected to arrive with bare, natural nails.
If you have nail polish, gel, or an old acrylic set that needs to be removed, a soak-off service is available as an add-on for an additional fee. Please select this option when booking to allow enough time for your appointment


-Hair Included

*Braiding hair is included with all braided hair styles, curls are also included for any hairstyle involving curls.
*If you prefer a specific color, please list the color name and number in the "notes" section when booking.
*Hair is not included for services that include sew ins, quick weaves and wig installs.


-Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

*You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
*No shows will be banned from booking any further services.
*A 30-minute grace period is allowed only if lateness is  communicated. arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice leads to cancellation. 

-Disclaimer: Liability & Allergic Reactions:

Miracle beauty staff are not to be held responsible for any adverse reactions or damages that may occur from hair or nail services, including but not limited to:

Allergic reactions to hair products, nail products, or braiding hair
Scalp irritation or sensitivity from braiding tension
Hair loss or damage during or after the takedown of styles
Nail lifting, irritation, or allergic responses to materials used
Clients are fully responsible for alerting the stylist or nail artist of any allergies or sensitivities before the service begins. If you have specific product needs or sensitivities, you are welcome to bring your own alternatives to ensure your comfort and safety.

-Fix Policy

*Client satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your hair or nail service:

*You must contact your stylist or nail artist within 48 hours of your appointment to request a fix.
After 48 hours, no corrections, refunds, or adjustments will be provided.



-Recording and Social Media Policy 

At Miracle Braids, showcasing our work is an essential part of how we grow and maintain our business. We take pride in creating beautiful styles and sharing them with our audience to inspire others and highlight our talent.

By booking an appointment with Miracle Braids, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded on camera during your hair service. This may include (but not limited too) video footage and photos of the styling process, before-and-after transformations, and the finished look.

Please note:

Recording is not optional. It is a core part of how we promote our business and share our work with current and future clients.
If you do not wish to have your face shown in the footage or photos, you may request to have your face covered or blurred. However, the recording will still take place, focusing on the hair only.
Your comfort and privacy matter to us, and we will always do our best to honor face-covering requests while still documenting the hairstyle itself.

The best service I’ve had so far. I booked the shmedium braids and short nail combo. The nails came out so perfect along with the hair, and they were extremely fast and sweet! It is also very broke college student friendly <3.
