• I require 48-hours notice if you are cancelling your appointment; anything within this timeframe will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. • Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the same day/ within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your treatment costs, no further appointments will be made until this is paid. • No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment costs to cards saved on file & until this is paid, you will not be able to book in again. • Two occasions of a no-show and you will be blocked from booking in future. • £10 booking fee is required upon booking to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final appointment cost. • Please come by yourself; if you intend on bringing a friend or a child, let me know in advance so I can arrange extra seats - this is due to having restricted space. • I only Infill & Remove my own work. • I operate a safe, respectful and professional environment for all clients, as part of this I have a strict zero tolerance policy towards any of the following: Verbal abuse, Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, Slander or defamatory statements, Rude or disrespectful messages via any platform. Any behaviour of this kind will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment, and future bookings being refused. If necessary, further action may be taken to protect the business. • I only remove and infill my own work, please arrive with bare nails. If you arrive with another techs work on, i have the right to refuse the appointment and the full cost of your treatment will be required. • I do not carry change, so if cash is your preferred payment method, please bring the correct cash. • By booking, you agree to the policy.
