Booking, Design and Cancellation Policy . Plus ones No plus ones are accepted into the studio during your appointment. This includes matching tattoos. Exclusions made for support workers. Unfortunately we cannot accept help or guide dogs because of infection control standards. Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. You must pay the deposit within 1hr of receiving the link. You don't have a spot/flash reserved until the deposit is paid. All pre-drawn designs take a $50-150 deposit depending on size and project complexity. This pays for the timeslot and the drawing. Deposits are referred to as “drawing deposits” to emphasize that they are primarily paying for the drawing itself. Customs take 20% - 40% deposits. Custom deposits pay for the timeslot and the drawing. If you change the entire custom drawing idea within 5 days of your appointment --since I have already completed the custom design-- the deposit is taken and a new one is required for design #2, #3, etc.. The deposit comes off of the final amount, it is not extra. Reschedules and Cancellations You can reschedule for free once before the 48hr timeframe of your appointment. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling more than once will result in forfeiture of the deposit. To retain your deposit when rescheduling, you must provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. To continue working together in future, a cancellation fee of 100aud is required to cancel within 36hrs of your appointment. Custom design process Custom designs are shown the day of the appointment. There will be plenty of extra time to make adjustments. This is to protect our copyright. No screenshots or photographs may be taken of the work prior to the appointment. There will be time to make changes on the day. Please do not message me with a time sensitive question past 6pm. Personal emergency cancellations In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment for medical reasons or some other extreme emergency, you will either: A. receive a full refund if you have no design. B. receive a partial refund of up to $50 if your design needs very minor changes and a pdf of your design. C. receive no refund if your design is complete, and receive a pdf with your design. Arriving to your appointment in a suitable condition to be tattooed. Appointments will be cancelled and deposits forfeited if you arrive in a condition deemed unsuitable for tattooing. This includes, but is not limited to: Being pregnant or breastfeeding Severely hungover, intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs Under the age of 18 Having taken blood thinners within 24 hours Suffering from any contagious illness or infection that may pose a risk to staff or clients Have a sunburn Have a bruise under the spot where the tattoo is supposed to be. Using medications that affect the skin, such as Accutane (especially in the case of facial tattoos). Disorderly conduct towards staff, other clients, or artists. Violate artists guild rules Arrive without valid photo ID. Touchups Touchups are free within 3mo of your appointment. Please book your touch up appointment via the link in my bio, the free service is at the bottom of the list. Touchups remain forfeit for those who don't follow aftercare instructions (e.g. going to the beach or gym within 2wks), or for those who do not show up to their free touchup appointment. Touch ups are a courtesy, not an obligation. Disorderly conduct and Misconduct Do not bring your pets into the studio. Be advised No, I am not romantically interested in you. if you engage in inappropriate behaviour your deposit will be taken and your appointment cancelled, you will be blacklisted. Referral Rewards Program In accordance with our referral rewards deal, if you refer a friend and they get tattooed (not including matching tattoos), you will receive a $50 voucher for your next tattoo over $200. We don't include matching tattoos in this offer. This voucher may be used per one session, they cannot be stacked multiple into one appointment.
