Policy and Terms
MIA’S LASH LAB BOOKING POLICY A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time. If you cancel, the booking fee will not be refunded. We accept Cash App, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Please arrive with clean lashes. All appointments currently take place at 3275 Stevens Creek Blvd., Suite 345A, San Jose, CA 95117. Mobile lash bus services are temporarily unavailable.
