Miah Lily Nails & Salon requires clients to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. However, if a client reschedules using the provided link within the allowed timeframe, the deposit will be automatically applied to the new appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, including no-shows, will result in a charge for the full service amount. Miah Lily Nails & Salon reserves the right to refuse service or modify appointments as necessary. By booking, clients agree to these terms. The salon is not responsible for personal items or adverse reactions to services. All services are provided at the client’s own risk. These policies are subject to change without prior notice.
