Our Service Policy At Meister Carbon Cleaners, transparency and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. Please review our service policy to understand how we operate and what you can expect when choosing us. 1. Hydrogen Carbon Cleaning (Our Core Service) Our flagship service uses advanced UK hydrogen technology to safely remove carbon buildup from your engine components, including pistons, combustion chambers, valves, EGR systems, and turbo vanes. Most vehicles experience: Better fuel efficiency Smoother performance Reduced emissions Improved engine responsiveness We are proud to be the first and only provider of this technology in the Eastern Cape. 2. Diagnostics Each carbon clean includes a basic diagnostic scan before and after the procedure. This helps detect faults not related to carbon buildup. If you request clearing of existing fault codes, a diagnostic fee applies. A full diagnostic report can be provided on request. 3. Performance Tuning (Powered by Ultratec SA) In partnership with Ultratec SA, we offer high-performance ECU and TCU tuning, including: Stage 1, and 2 tuning DPF/EGR delete options On-road dyno testing and calibration Performance tuning is done at the vehicle owner’s risk. A signed indemnity form is required before any tuning begins. 4. Minor & Major Services (Powered by Speed Fit Auto Clinic – RMI Approved) We’ve partnered with Speed Fit Auto Clinic, an RMI-certified workshop, for trusted minor and major oil services. All quotes and payments are handled directly by Speed Fit Auto Clinic. Meister Carbon Cleaners only assists with the booking process. Services are carried out by qualified mechanics using quality oils and parts. 5. Payments & Bookings For carbon cleaning and diagnostics, full payment is due upon service completion. All bookings must be made in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to avoid call-out charges. Services booked with our partners (e.g., Speed Fit) are billed directly by them. 6. Disclaimer of Liability We take care with every vehicle, but we are not liable for pre-existing faults or mechanical issues unrelated to our services.
