1. General By booking an appointment with Meg4cuts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Services are provided by a self-employed barber offering both mobile (house calls) and studio-based services. 2. Appointments & Bookings All bookings must be made through the online booking system. A deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on completion of your service (cash, card, or transfer as accepted). Please arrive on time for studio appointments. For mobile services, please ensure you are home and ready at the agreed time. 3. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be lost. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice; the deposit will be transferred to the new date (subject to availability). Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. 4. Mobile Service Conditions Mobile services are subject to availability and may include an additional travel fee depending on your location. Please ensure there is adequate lighting, space, and access to electricity if required. Pets should be secured, and the area should be safe and suitable for barber services. 5. Payment Payment of the deposit is made online at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service. Prices are listed on the booking system and may be subject to change. 6. Hygiene & Safety All tools and equipment are sterilised between clients. If you are feeling unwell (flu, COVID symptoms, skin/scalp conditions), please reschedule your appointment. Meg4cuts reserves the right to refuse service if it is unsafe or unhygienic to proceed. 7. Liability All services are carried out with care and professionalism. However, Meg4cuts is not responsible for reactions to products or services if conditions were not disclosed prior to the appointment. Clients accept responsibility for their personal environment during mobile visits (including damages, spillages, or accidents beyond my control). 8. Children & Guests Children are welcome for haircuts but must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. For safety and comfort, please limit additional guests during studio appointments. 9. Personal Data Client details are used solely for booking, service records, and communication. Data will never be shared with third parties without consent. 10. Agreement By booking with Meg4cuts, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
