All cancellations/rescheduled appointments must be completed 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time. To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Once processed, your deposit will be refunded/transferred to your future booking. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of Late Cancellations/No Shows. YOU MUST BOOK A PATCH TEST IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT OR RECEIVING A TREATMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THIS SALON.
