Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Mayte Kairuz, MFCC, LNT. We require a 100% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations are not permitted but an appointment can be rescheduled with authorization of the therapist . Deposits will be credited to the next appointment. There is no money back. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is at the time of making the online appointment in this platform . Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
