Reservations are confirmed at the time of booking. We may require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of $100 may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Please message us on Facebook or text us if non-card option is needed. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 2 weeks before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. If alcohol is served, the client must not serve anyone underage and must take reasonable measures to prevent individuals from driving while intoxicated upon leaving. Maxwell Acres Community Association will not be held responsible for injuries incurred on the premises. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
