Access to Water and Electricity Access to a suitable mains water supply (via an outdoor hose pipe or similar) and electricity is required at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the service. If our team arrives at the scheduled appointment and is unable to access a working water supply and/or electricity, and alternative arrangements have not been made in advance, the full service fee will still be charged. It is the client's responsibility to ensure access is available on the day. Personal Belongings and Vehicle Preparation Customers are required to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the scheduled service, including but not limited to child car seats, valuables, rubbish, and any loose items. This ensures our team can provide the highest standard of cleaning without obstruction. Failure to remove such items may limit our ability to access certain areas of the vehicle, and as a result, we may be unable to deliver the full service as advertised. While we will clean around these items where possible, we do not guarantee results in obstructed areas. Any rubbish, perishable items, or items left in the vehicle that are deemed to be waste (including food wrappers, empty bottles, etc.) may be removed and disposed of at our discretion. Reusable personal items (such as toys, clothing, electronics, etc.) will be placed safely in a bag and left in the vehicle unless otherwise instructed. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the valeting process. Cancellation Policy All cancellations are subject to a charge, regardless of notice given. However, if you choose to reschedule your appointment instead, the fee will be waived. We understand that things come up, so we’re happy to rearrange your booking where possible. Payment & Card Details Policy By booking with Max’s Mobile Car Wash, you agree that your card details may be securely captured and stored for payment purposes. • Missed Appointments / No Shows: If the appointment cannot be carried out due to the customer not being present, the vehicle being inaccessible, or the booking being missed without prior notice, a charge may still apply as per our service policy. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full service charge may still apply, and your card may be charged accordingly. • Late Payments: If payment has not been made within 30 days of the service date, the outstanding balance will automatically be charged to the card on file, unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance. • Payment Plans: Customers on an approved payment plan must make each agreed payment on time to avoid further charges or cancellation of the agreement.
