The staff service on NYE2025 was very good. I booked the scalp detox treatment & staff recommended my 10yo daughter to do a basic scalp treatment instead to help with her dandruff, after I booked a more advanced treatment for her. The scalp analysis before the treatment was very detailed & help me understand my hair problems. After the treatment, scalp felt much cleaner and hair feels better. My daughter also commented that her hair is a lot better overall. Will return again

We did the premium hair wash at the Palm for our girls day yesterday. The experience was amazing. The ambiance at the Palm was incomparable. Decor was beautiful. The entire hair wash experience was chefs kiss. I would 100% go back and recommend it to others

The scalp treatment—it was absolute heaven from start to finish. The treatment itself was both deeply cleansing and incredibly soothing. The massage? WOW. Perhaps one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. I could literally feel the tension melting away.

They used high-quality, nourishing products that left my hair feeling soft, shiny, and healthier than it has in ages. The post-treatment tips they gave me were also super helpful.

I had an amazing head spa experience! The session felt like it went by too fast because it was so relaxing, I could have stayed there all day. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The service was top-notch, from the soothing massage to the refreshing scalp treatment.  

Not to mention, the complimentary beverages and cake added a luxurious touch, making it worth every penny.

Had a scalp treatment done and it was a very nice experience. The scalp treatment I would recommend and definitely will do again. Service by staff is 2 thumbs up. The place and ambience is IG worthy. I had a wonderful experience at the salon! I was served by Onnie, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to check my scalp thoroughly and addressed my concerns with care and professionalism. Her skills are excellent, and I felt confident throughout the process. The salon itself is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended 👍🏻 hairstylist very professional and patient with my 6 year old boy. He provides good hairstyles suggestions too😊 love the decoration and the environment in the salon. It gives a very relaxing atmosphere and does not reeks of chemicals smell (compared to other hair salons)

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Masterpiece! The team’s professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. I opted for a keratin treatment but had highlights the month before, and the results exceeded my expectations. My hair feels so much smoother, shinier, and healthier after the keratin treatment, and the highlights are perfectly blended and vibrant, giving my hair a fresh, natural look.

Hi there! I went to your salon at 10:30am today for a hair wash. I think the price is worth it + got free coffee for me to enjoy since I haven’t have my breakfast yet. The massage was so firm & relaxing cos I have headache, I enjoyed it so much. The service was just perfect. Staff were friendly, ambience calm & music is great too! Hair coloring experience was great. The specialist has explained to me in details before start with hair coloring process. However, I hope the other staff will be more alert on the customer booking. Because they have miss out my hair wash booking. Overall, I love the matcha latte and matcha cake.

Love my overall experience! Had scalp treatment and flower head spa with hair cutting. I made my appointment in advance. First they started off with choosing my complimentary drink from their barista (I've order lemon ginger tea), followup with neck and shoulder massage where I can choose my own aroma scent from doterra. Scalp treatment, then head spa and then director's cut. 

Head spa was very relaxing with lots of strong massage, ear candling and the music was nice, chair comfy. Dessert too!

coming in, the experience gave me zen spa relaxation vibe with the natural music & nature ambience. the hair washing was nice. the overall haircut given was excellent. the hair stylist even shared some useful tips.
was wondering though, was it supposed to come with a massage? cause i saw some ladies getting their massage as well.
even so, i wouldn't mind to come back again.

Came early to my hair wash appointment and they readily accommodated me. The shoulder massage and head massage were good. Perfect for a quick pick me up.

Very relaxing ambience, the service was the best I have ever for a haircut. 1st time experiencing something so comforting. Recommended for those wanting to find a place to have their hair done and at the same time feel well looked after. While make this a monthly casual stop in the future.

My favorite go to place for scalp treatment. Staffs are friendly & the services are good. I particularly love the shoulders, neck & arms massage as it allows me to relax & enjoy the scalp treatment later. Another plus point is the complimentary beverage & dessert of your choice. I can easily stay there for hours as I don’t feel the need to rush off to grab small bites in between. Staffs are very accommodating with little kid ♥️ Always looking forward to my monthly scalp treatment there.
