Policy and Terms
Deposits are non-refundable and will be refunded only at the stylist discretion. If you have to reschedule your appointment, please contact me 72 hours in advance. I understand that life happens. When you cancel the day of appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of $50. (Failure to pay the fee will result in future appointments being blocked) Please do not come early to your appointment, I meditate in between clients. Come with your back covered. We use hot water to dip your hair. We take pictures & Videos 💞 you can decline if you're uncomfortable. Payments are accepted in cash, Zelle, or through Goldie unless stated otherwise by Braider.
