This is the most oxymoronic review I have ever written in the sense that I have never had a massage put me through so much pain yet, diagnostically, it has highlighted all the issues which I have and certainly extend my own diagnosis. Having lost a considerable amount of weight through a stomach bypass, it would seem that, because I didn't exercise through the weightloss I am now suffering with a lot of muscle wastage and inactivity.  This is now going to be corrected but will take time !  

Wow! Wow, this my second visit to see Theo, last time (2 yrs ago) for my doggy hip & this time my Neck. Highly recommend.

I am here on vacation and my niece brought meto see Theo after my long flight . As a Therapist myself he s so wonderful and got things I had not had done if in years and removed so much resistance I had.  Worth seeing him on a regular basis

I have seen a variety of practitioners in the past and have not met anybody as effective as Theo.


I always want to call Theo a magician or a miracle worker, but the fact is he's just really really good at what he does. His knowledge of the anatomical structure and his technique in putting it back where it needs to be is incredible.

Life changing treatment!
I came in in so much pain almost unable to walk without feeling excruciating pain and left walking almost pain free. Thanks to Theo I was able to carry on with my day when I was tempted to go to A&E with the extreme pain I was in. 

Excellent. Identified the problem  and treated it accordingly.  I now have movement jn my neck and shoulders 🤗
