Policy and Terms

Summary of Terms & Conditions Binding Agreement: All bookings are legally binding under Zimbabwean law. Right of Refusal: We reserve absolute discretion to deny service to maintain brand integrity. Validation: Bookings require a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payments: Full balance is due upon delivery; no files are released until settled. Cancellations: Deposits are forfeited if cancelled. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the start time. Rescheduling must occur within 7 days. Pure Media Policy: We strictly prohibit vulgarity or high-conflict content. Violations result in immediate session termination without refund. Liability: Clients indemnify the studio against all content-related legal claims. Archiving: Clients must back up files immediately; we do not provide permanent storage.
