MARVELOUS NAILS Creating a Marvelous Impression Booking & Service Policies DEPOSIT • A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. • This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel and will be deducted from your total service bill. • The remaining balance is due at your appointment, payable by cash or transfer. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes without a call to reschedule, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. NO EXTRA GUESTS • Appointments are for the scheduled client only. • Due to COVID-19 protocols, no additional guests (friends, family, etc.) are permitted in the studio during your appointment. NO WORK OVER OTHER TECHNICIANS’ SETS • I do not work over or refill nails done by other technicians. Please arrive with bare nails or book a removal service if needed.
