**Martins Artistry Policy and Terms**

By engaging with Martins Artistry, clients agree to the following terms. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to the full service amount, which must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. All services are subject to availability. Martins Artistry reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time, with such changes being effective immediately upon posting. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. By confirming an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms. This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Martins Artistry operates. For any inquiries regarding these terms, please contact us directly.
