Please read policies before booking any type of appointment. • A non- refundable deposit is required to book any appointment. This will go towards your balance. (The deposit depends on the service. A non- refundable deposit of $25 required to book any service priced at $125 and under. $50 non-refundable deposit required for services priced over $125.) ✨Rescheduling is an option, that won’t affect your deposit and can still be used, but you must reschedule 48 hours before your set appointment! No exceptions. • No Deposit, No appointment set. • After the 15 min. grace period, appointment may need to be cancelled and rescheduled. •Please, NO EXTRA GUESTS. No minors. All clients 18+ are welcome. Please NO CHILDREN. •NO REFUNDS. —Hair— •A consultation is required for all hair services. • Hair appointments vary… some may be short and quick while others may take hours at a time… please plan your day accordingly. •By appointment, same day appointments are also available! —Lash/ Brows- •Please come in with clean lashes. It saves time. •No foreign fills. • If you need a lash extension removal please add the service while booking. (Lash removals can take from 15 to 45 minutes.) Please book accordingly. •Please no coffee or caffeinated drinks before lash appointment. It makes eyes jittery and very hard to work with… Which makes the appointment longer. •Please come ready to relax. • The time an appointment takes depends on the type of service/ services being provided. . • Naps are encouraged but not required. •If you are unsatisfied with results at the end of appointment, you must message me within 24 hrs of said appointment, to set another set appointment and fix or improve results. A removal or change of a complete set of lashes will require a new lash set charge. $ ‼️ •Minimal talking during lashing period please.
