Deposit Policy, Markova Luxhair To secure and confirm your appointment at Markova Luxhair, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not fully confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposit Amounts Haircuts & Colouring Services: £35 deposit Hair Extensions: £50 deposit The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full loss of the deposit. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full service cost being charged.
