*MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP* Payment: The membership fee (total for 4 services) must be paid in full at the time of booking first service. Validity Period: All 4 haircuts must be redeemed within 1 month of the purchase date. Unused cuts will expire and are non-refundable. Non-Transferable: This membership is tied to a single client profile. Haircuts cannot be shared with or transferred to friends or family members. Cancellation Policy: We value our time. "No-shows" or cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in that haircut being forfeited from your membership balance. ​Gratuity: Membership covers the cost of the service only. Tips for your barber are not included and are greatly appreciated based on the original service value ($45/$55). Refunds: Memberships are non-refundable once the first haircut has been redeemed. *APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS* Appointments: Appointments are strongly encouraged. You can book online, by phone, or in person. Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 4 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of the total deposit. No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be denied future bookings. Client Conduct/Respectful Behavior: All clients are expected to treat the barber and other clients with respect. Use of abusive or offensive language. Disruptive or unruly behavior. The use of drugs or alcohol on the premises. Bringing pets into the shop (unless specifically permitted). Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The barber reserves the right to refuse service to unruly children. Service Policies: Consultation: It's important to communicate your desired style clearly to your barber. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please let your barber know immediately so we can address any concerns. Responsibility: The client is responsible for communicating any allergies or sensitivities to the barber.
