I’m a Performance Massage Specialist helping men feel strong, grounded, and in control of their bodies. My sessions combine deep, focused pressure with slow, restorative touch to release tension, calm the mind, and restore balance. With over 12 years of experience, I’ve developed a method that supports athletes, weight trainers, and hardworking men alike. Whether you train hard, work long hours on the tools, sit at a desk, or simply need to reset, every session is tailored to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect in a calm, confident space designed for men.

The upper age limit for all treatments is 60 years. Identification may be required to validate age if needed. Policy available on request.

All new clients must fill out the  New Client Intake Form. This is an online form to be submitted 24hrs before your first appointment where possible. You will be sent a link after your initial pre-confirmation text.

ManSpa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. 

ManSpa will maintain a client database for communication purpose only. We will never send unsolicited messages or sell your information on to a third party.

ManSpa is not liable for any injuries or damages during services. 

Clients with medical conditions must provide accurate health information. 

Important Allergy Information:
