Cancellation Policy & Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
This deposit ensures your appointment time is reserved and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. 
Cancellations within 48 hours or any no-shows on the day will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and you will be charged the remaining balance of your chosen service.

Health & Hygiene Policy

For the safety of both clients and myself, please do not book an appointment if you have cold sores or any contagious skin infections. If you arrive with a visible infection, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. You will be expected to pay for the service you have booked.
