Every appointment takes place in a private, calm environment where quality, hygiene and client care come first. Policy and Terms

By proceeding with your booking and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have carefully read and agreed to all policies outlined on our Instagram page. Please review them before completing your deposit payment. After the deposit is paid, you will be required to complete a Client Form, which includes health, safety, and service-related questions. This form must be completed before your appointment and helps ensure a safe and professional experience tailored to your needs. Important: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows. If you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment on the day of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
