Policy and Terms
When booking with MAISON MATCHA, a deposit is required to reserve your event date and helps us prepare with care. Deposits are non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due before the event. If plans change, we kindly ask for advance notice—cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, and one complimentary reschedule is available subject to availability. Final event details are confirmed ahead of time to ensure a smooth and thoughtful experience.
