By booking with MaineCutz, you agree to these Policies & Terms. MaineCutz may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

No‑Show & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is missed without notice, it prevents other clients from booking and affects my business. For that reason, the following policy is enforced.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least one (1) hour before their scheduled time.

No‑Show Policy

A no‑show is defined as failing to appear for a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling at least one hour in advance.

No‑shows will be charged 100% of the service fee for the scheduled haircut or service.

Payment & Booking Restrictions

If the no‑show fee is not paid, services will be discontinued until the balance is paid in full.

Clients will not be allowed to book future appointments until all no‑show fees are paid.

Understanding & Communication

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. However, clients must understand that communication is required. When something comes up, you are expected to notify me immediately. Failure to communicate will result in the no‑show fee being applied.

For this being my baby first hair cut , it was a great experience, he will definitely be back !
