Mahsel Beauty Lounge Policies By booking an appointment with Mahsel Lash, clients agree to the following terms and conditions: 🦋 Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time with no charges. 🦋 No-Shows & Late Cancellations A $50 fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment. This amount is automatically processed by our booking system. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our artists’ time. 🦋 Right to Refuse Service Mahsel Lash reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, ensuring a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone. 🦋 Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation of your session without a refund. 🦋 Allergies & Sensitivities Mahsel Lash is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of our services. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
