1. Client Requirements • All clients must provide a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID before booking their first appointment. This ensures a safe and professional environment. • A phone consultation is required before confirming the first appointment to discuss the client’s needs and ensure our services are the right fit. 2. Booking & Payments • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. • The remaining balance is due before or at the time of service. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid losing the deposit. • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, provided a 24-hour notice is given. 4. Service Area & Travel Fees • We primarily serve South Houston, including Pearland, Sugar Land, Missouri City, and Rosharon, but are available beyond these areas for an additional travel fee. 5. Health & Safety • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or contraindications before their session. • If experiencing fever, infection, or illness, the appointment must be rescheduled. • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unfit for treatment. 6. Professional Conduct • Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and potential legal action. 7. Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, the session time may be shortened, or the appointment may be canceled with no refund. 8. Refunds • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
