Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Madi M. Beauty Loft reserves the right to refuse service and retain the deposit if clients arrive without clean, washed, and blow-dried hair. Punctuality is essential. A $15 late fee will apply after 15 minutes, and after 30 minutes, a $30 fee will be charged, and the appointment will be canceled.
