24-Hour Cancellation & Deposit Policy To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward the final service cost on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations, rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit and 100% of the payment may be taken. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.
