Deposits may only be transferred to a new appointment date if the cancellation or reschedule request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment; if you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required to book another date.
