Policy and Terms

✍🏻 BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT ✍🏻 Please Read Before Booking ✓ Arrive on time for your appointment ✓ Confirm your appointment 24 hours before ✓ Inform me of any allergies or sensitivities ✓ Come with clean hands and nails ✓ A deposit is required to secure your appointment ✓ Please reschedule if you are feeling sick ✓ Complete the required intake form before your appointment ⸻ ✍🏻 FILL POLICY Fills are ONLY available for returning clients whose existing enhancement was originally done by Mabel Whisper Studio. If you are a new client and currently have acrylic, HyGel, Builder Gel, or another enhancement applied by another nail technician or salon, you must book a Full Set. A fill over another nail technician’s work is not considered a fill service. This allows us to properly assess the existing product, remove any lifting or compromised product, and ensure a clean and safe foundation before applying your new set. ⸻ ✍🏻 BOOKING POLICIES 💶 Deposit Policy A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. ⏰ Late Policy Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service shortened. Late fees may apply. 📆 Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 8 hours’ notice when rescheduling. Last-minute changes may require a new deposit. 🚫 Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-transferable to another month. Canceling and rebooking for a different month requires a new deposit. ⸻ ✨ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 🛠️ Repairs Complimentary repairs are available within 48 hours of your appointment.
