~ Mà bellè beautè requires clients to pay a 40% deposit at the time of booking. ~ Deposits are non-refundable in case of last minute cancellation or no-show. ~ However, if you reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. ~ Mà bellè beautè requires clients to respond to confirmation messages sent 24hours prior to appointment. If no response made, this can result in appointment cancellations. ~ Mà bellè beautè does not accept Male clientelle. ~ Upon arrival, I've requested that you send a message and wait in car until the door has opened for entry. ~ Surcharge fee of 1.4% will be charged if using eftpos. ~ Mà bellè beautè does not allow for children and/or second persons at appointments. ~ Allocated appointment time does not mean time of arrival, please arrive at appointment 5 minutes prior. ~ Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours are subject to a $15 after-hours fee. This fee will be waived in the event that I am required to cancel or reschedule the appointment for any reason.
