Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Terms & Conditions: Massage, individual and group exercise bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before appointed time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations between 24-48 hours notice incur 50% of the session fee and cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice incur the full treatment/teaching fee. One off workshops and immersions may be cancelled up to 14 days prior without penalty, and within 7-14 days a refund of 50% maximum may be given if minimum number of participants +1 is reached, less £5 admin fee.
