Appointments • Appointments are required unless otherwise posted. • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Deposits • A nonrefundable deposit is required to book. • Deposits go toward your total service cost. • If you cancel too late or do not show, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. • Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. No-Show Policy • No-shows will be charged a fee or may be blocked from booking future appointments. • After multiple no-shows, future appointments may be declined. Guests • Additional guests are allowed to wait in waiting area. Payments • Payment is due in full at the end of the appointment or pre paid. • Accepted payment methods will be posted in advance. • No refunds on services once completed. Nail Repairs • Please contact me within 48–72 hours if you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage. • Repairs outside of the grace period will be charged. • Repairs are only free if the damage is due to application, not accidental damage. Service Satisfaction • If you are unhappy with your nails, please let me know before leaving. • I do not offer refunds, but I will work with you to reasonably correct any issue when appropriate. Foreign Fills • I do not accept fills/full sets done by another nail tech. • Please come in with my work or bare nails Health & Safety • Please do not book if you have signs of fungus, infection, open wounds, or any contagious condition. • I reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may affect safety or results. • Sanitation and disinfection procedures are followed between every client. Phone & Respect • Please be respectful during your appointment. • Excessive phone use, speakerphone calls, or disruptive behavior is discouraged. • Any rude or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of future service. Designs & Inspo Photos • Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replication is not guaranteed. • My work may vary slightly based on nail length, shape, and style. Booth Rent Notice • I am an independent booth rent nail technician. • I operate my own business and set my own pricing, scheduling, and service policies. • Any service concerns, payments, or booking questions should be directed to me directly. Right to Refuse Service • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or health and safety concerns.
