Appointment Preparation To ensure the highest standard of results and a seamless experience, clients are kindly asked to prepare for their appointment as follows: • Please remove any excess or unwanted facial hair prior to arrival. • Brows should be groomed or shaped as much as possible. This is strongly recommended to achieve the most refined finish. • Skin and lips should be clean, fresh, and well-hydrated before your appointment. While these steps are not mandatory, they are highly encouraged to allow your artist to deliver the best possible glam experience. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without cancellation or communication will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before any future bookings can be secured.
