• Payment: Cash, Zelle, and Venmo accepted. • Late Policy: 5-10 minutes late may require service adjustments. 15+ minutes late will be accommodated only if the schedule allows; otherwise, the appointment will be rescheduled and a rebooking fee will apply. • Cancellation & No-Shows: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. * First late cancellation/no-show: one-time courtesy * Less than 24 hours: 50% fee * Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% fee All fees must be paid before rebooking. Cancellation fees still apply within 24 hours. • Studio Policy: To maintain a calm, safe environment and the best results, please come to your appointment alone, as services require full attention. • Product Compatibility: If lifting happens early on, it may be due to certain nail types that naturally resist gel adhesion. 1-3 appointments will be assessed before recommending an alternative. • Repairs & Fixes: * Complimentary fixes available within 7 days * 1–2 nails only; 3+ nails require a full service • Nail Health & Safety: Natural nail health is the priority. Services will not be performed on damaged, infected, or injured nails. If needed, your service will be adjusted to focus on nail care and restoration. • Lifting or Issues: If lifting occurs, reach out as soon as possible for assessment and next steps. • Gel Removal: Professional removal is strongly recommended to prevent damage. • Important Guidelines: * Avoid oils, lotions, or sunscreen on hands before your service * Wear non-fuzzy clothing * Do not touch skin, hair, or surfaces during application * Keep hands in the lamp until fully cured * Avoid washing hands during the service * Let me know in advance if you’ll need a break
