Policy and Terms

✨ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ✨

By booking and placing a deposit, you agree to the policies below. Thank you 🤍

📅 Booking & Appointment Policy:
• Deposits are required and non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or no-show.
• 10+ minutes late? A $10 late fee will be added.
• 15+ minutes late? Your appointment will be cancelled and a future fee may apply.
• Same-day appointments are considered a “squeeze-in” and will be charged an additional $25.

❌ Cancellation & No-Show:
• Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service price.
• No-Call/No-Shows will be charged 50% of the service or possibly no future appointments.
• Want to reschedule? Please give me notice as early as possible.

👶 Guest & Phone Policy:
• No children allowed for safety reasons.
• Please do not be on your phone during your appointment.

The address will be sent to your email or phone after you’ve sent your deposit and your appointment is confirmed.

💸 Refund Policy:
• No refunds.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

💖 REFILL POLICY:
• Only 4 fills per set. After that, a new set is required.
• A service is considered a refill only if you have 40% of lashes or more.
  • If I can count your lashes — it’s a full set.
• No fills after 3 weeks from last appointment.

🫧 AFTERCARE FOR LASHES:
• Be gentle when cleaning your face.
• Avoid oil-based products around eyes.
• Brush them daily.
• Sleep on your back.
• Schedule regular touch-ups every 2–3 weeks.
• Don’t rub, pull, or use an eyelash curler.
• Skip waterproof makeup & be cautious with eye creams.
• Avoid excess heat (like saunas).
• Don’t pick or pull!
• Protect your lashes during workouts or swimming.

✨ AFTERCARE FOR BROWS:
• Keep brows dry for the first 24 hours.
• Be gentle, avoid makeup.
• Avoid sun exposure.
• Book your touch-up appointment on time.
