Appointments are subject to approval and will only be confirmed once accepted by Luxury Nail Spa in order to best accommodate each guest’s schedule. A valid card on file is required at the time of booking. A cancellation fee of up to 10% of the scheduled service total may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to the applicable deposit or cancellation fee policy. A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be accommodated when possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened service or appointment rescheduling at the discretion of the salon. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Accepted payment methods may vary, and applicable booking platform processing fees may apply. Clients are responsible for informing the salon in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or other relevant information prior to their appointment. To ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests, clients are kindly asked to arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been approved by the salon. Refunds will not be issued once services have been completed. While we strive to provide the highest quality service, specific results cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the salon’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Luxury Nail Spa offers a 7-day service guarantee from the original appointment date. Personal and booking information is collected solely for appointment and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments or as required by law.
