LATE ARRIVALS
To respect the time of both our clients and staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients and staff are given 30 minutes grace period. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will have to change the style to one that can be done within the remaining time. 
After 1 hour, the appointment will be canceled,  the deposit will not be refunded.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If not, your deposit will not be transferred for any reschedulings.

NO-SHOWS
In the case of missing your appointment without any form of communication, your deposit will not be refunded as a compensation of the missed service. Moreover, two or more missed appointments equal being blocked from using our services.

Stylist was punctual , professional and listened to what my desired hairstyle was she also made accommodations on a Sunday which is a day off for her. My daughter was left in good hands I would defiantly use her services again and recommend her to others.
