A retainer fee of $40 to book a full-set, or $25 to book a fill-in is required to ensure your booking is secured, and will go towards the total of your service. This retainer fee is not eligible for transfer or refund and must be sent via Zelle to 240-869-0048 at the time of booking. Your remaining balance must be paid at the conclusion of your appointment via the following accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Cashapp, Apple Pay *Credit/Debit is not accepted at this time. Changes to your appointment can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled service time. Changes made after the 48 hour mark will be subject to a forfeited deposit; you will be required to pay a new deposit to schedule a new appointment. Same day cancellations made 12 hours or less prior to your service time will be required to pay 50% of the missed service fee to re-book. No-shows will be barred from re-booking. There is a strict grace period of 15 minutes for all services. If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule and pay a new deposit. Extra guests may not accompany you to your appointment under any circumstances. ALL SERVICES RENDERED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
