Hey! Thank you for booking with me! Here's just a few things to take note of when booking with LBA💉 ⤵︎  

• Please respond ‘YES’ to your reminder messages as your appointment will not be confirmed otherwise   

• Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!!  

• You may bring up to 1 guest with you as we have a waiting area (anything more will be turned away)   

• Before 9am and after 9pm are also classed as out of hour appointments and will be extra €15  

• Anything over 15 mins late will be an additional €10 late fee and another over 20 mins will be cancelled and further rescheduled   

• No SHOWS will not be able to book again   • Please come to your appointment with NO makeup , NO lash glue , NO contact lenses , NO skincare or oils on your face etc   

• You must not be under the influence / intoxicated at your service as this will affect your service   

• Please be cautious when drinking coffee or any caffeinated beverages as this can make you uneasy and more prone to twitching during your appointment and will prolong your appointment   

• Patch tests are not required but highly recommended, If you decide to go ahead with your appointment without getting a patch test, I take no responsibility for any reactions and or problems with your service (this is highly unlikely)   

• NO REFUNDS - If you have any issues with your services, you must tell me within the first 72 hours and I will fix them/ solve the issue free of charge. Anything after that is down to aftercare   

• Client FORM must be filled out truthfully and completed before your appointment . Failure to do so will result in your appointment not going ahead .
