• Please book all services accordingly ( eg: removal of gel polish and gel polish or refills and designs etc.) • If possible, and where applicable, please come to your appointment with bare nails. **Removals are at an additional cost** See pricing guide and add same to the service. •Please do not plan any important appointments after your nail service time in the event of unforseen circumstances that may be out of our control which can cause delays in your service. • Please notify me no less than 24 hours in advance of cancellations or rescheduling. Emergencies are understood. • If possible, please book your appointment 48 hours before time. However 1 day advance notice bookings are accepted. • Please send photo(s) of the nail inspiration you’re interested in. This is can assist with preparation and time management. • No extra guest(s) unless they are being serviced as well. • We love our little angels ( children). Unfortunately, they are not allowed unless being serviced. • 15 minute grace period is given after which a $5 fee will be added to the service. Highly enforced.ĺl • 16 minutes or later the appointment can be canceled or services will be minimized to avoid delays in other bookings. • Wearing masks is recommended but not mandatory. • Deposits in the amount of $20.00 is required to secure and confirm your booking.
